Shipping policy.

Kits ship from a single fulfillment desk in McKinney, Texas, USA, to anywhere with a postal address — domestic United States, Canada, the EU, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Other destinations: email orders@circuitessentials.com with a postal code before you order. We will quote a manual rate within 24 hours.

Orders received before 14:00 CT (UTC-6) ship the same business day. Orders received after that ship the following business day. We do not ship on US federal holidays.

• US Domestic — USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days. $4.95.
• US Priority — USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days. $9.95.
• Canada — USPS First-Class International, 6–14 business days. $14.50.
• EU / UK / JP / AU / NZ — DHL eCommerce, 7–18 business days. $19.50 flat.

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You receive a tracking number by email the moment a label is generated, and a delivery confirmation the moment the package is scanned at your destination.

International orders may incur customs duties or VAT collected by your local postal service. These are not included in the shipping rate above and are paid by the recipient. EU orders under €150 typically clear without intervention; orders above that may be held briefly for VAT collection.

If a package is marked delivered but you do not have it, wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mis-scan). If it still has not arrived, email orders@circuitessentials.com with your order number. We file the carrier claim, and we ship a replacement at our cost as soon as the claim is opened — you do not wait for the carrier to finish their investigation.
