What we collect
This site runs without analytics, ad pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. The only data the site receives is what you explicitly submit:
- Name, email address, and message body — if you submit the contact form.
- Shipping address and order details — if and when you place an order through the shop (the shop is not yet open; planned for Q3 2026).
- Standard web-server access logs (IP, request path, timestamp) retained by the hosting provider for abuse mitigation, then purged on the provider's schedule.
That is the complete list. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no LinkedIn Insight tag, no Meta Conversions API.
How it is processed
Contact-form submissions are routed through Formspree, a third-party form-relay service, and delivered to a mail inbox the operator monitors directly. Formspree retains submissions per its own retention policy; see Formspree's privacy policy for specifics.
Who it is shared with
Two third-party processors today, both operationally necessary:
- Formspree — contact-form relay. Receives the name, email, and message you submit; relays to the operator's inbox.
- The web host — serves the pages and stores access logs per its standard policy.
When the shop opens, this list will expand to include Stripe (payment processing) and the shipping carrier (name and address, only when an order ships). Email addresses are never sold, rented, or leased.
Your rights
You can request a copy of every record this site holds on you, or delete every record this site holds on you, by submitting the request through the contact form from the email address on file. Requests are honored within 30 days.
EU residents: this is your GDPR right to access and right to erasure. California residents: this is your CCPA right to know and right to delete.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change will be noted at the top of this page at least 14 days before it takes effect. Minor changes (typo fixes, clarifications) are made silently. The site operator is Joe Lundgren, McKinney, Texas, USA. Questions about this policy go through the contact form.
